Epic Cheese Sauce!!!

Ingredients:

2 large russets, chopped

1 jalapeño, chopped (remove seeds and ribs if you don’t like it spicy )

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup cashews

1/4 nutritional yeast

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Water**

Method:

Sauté potatoes, jalapeño and garlic. Cook until they look like this, it will give it a wonderful smokey flavor!!

Throw everything into your high speed blender and blend until everything is thoroughly incorporated and super creamy. Serve immediately.

The final result!!

 

Notes:

** The amount of water will depend on the desired thick or thinness. I do not recommend using plant milk for this. I have tried every different variety and it always ends up with an off flavor.

**You can use a flavorful beer in place of the water for a nice beer cheese. I have used this method before and it is quite wonderful!!
