Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
-14 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained -1 cup cashew cream -1 cup vegan mayonnaise -2 tbsp sautéed thinly sliced carrots (no oil) -2 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes -1 tbsp dried onion flakes -1/2 - 1 tbsp of onion powder -salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
-Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl thoroughly. -Chill in the fridge for at least an hour prior to serving.
