Simple Homemade Ramen
For the broth in this ramen I combined..
-3 cups, veggie broth -2 tbsp, low sodium soy sauce -1 tbsp, minced ginger -1 tsp, sesame seed oil -1 tsp, minced garlic
I brought the broth to a simmer for about 5 minutes and then added in sliced baby bella mushrooms, 2 tbsp of TVP & 1 baby bok choky sliced in half.
I let it cook for another 5 minutes, put the lid on and set it to the side while the ramen noodles cooked ( I used one block of plain ramen noodles).
I garnished this with a little kimchi, sesame seeds, crushed red pepper & a little cilantro.
You can also add in a dash of soy sauce if you so choose!
This is simple, quick and very easy to make.
