Avocado Pasta


Ingredients: -3 ripe avocados -nutritional yeast, to taste -1/4 cup of sunflower seeds -2 large handfuls of spinach -3 tbsp of olive oil -Juice of 1 large lemon -Salt and garlic pepper to taste Puree all ingredients until its smooth and well blended, then add into your cooked pasta of choice.

We like to add in a little nutritional yeast mixed with a little Italian seasoning on top of our plated pasta. It definitely adds a little something extra to the taste.
